• You must not be under the minimum legal age to participate in online gambling.

• You must not use the service if you are prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.

Rustclash Casino may require age verification before allowing gameplay or before processing withdrawals.

Account registration and verification

To use Rustclash Casino, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You agree to maintain the security of your credentials and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person, one account

You may not create multiple accounts or use another person’s identity. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate this requirement.

Verification (KYC/AML)

We may perform identity and anti-fraud checks. This can include verifying your identity and confirming your eligibility to play. If verification cannot be completed, we may restrict features, including withdrawals, in accordance with our compliance obligations.

Deposits and withdrawals

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate. We may apply deposit and withdrawal limits to comply with legal requirements and to protect the integrity of the platform.

Payment processing

• Deposits and withdrawals may take time to process depending on the payment method and provider.

• Some transactions may be reversed or declined if the payment cannot be completed or if compliance checks require additional review.

Currency

All quoted and processed amounts are in AUD unless otherwise stated on the site.

Bonus and wagering rules

Bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be subject to specific terms displayed with the promotion. Where promotion terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer.

General wagering principles

• Wagers may need to be placed on eligible games only, as described in the promotion.

• Promotional funds may be subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before winnings can be withdrawn.

• Some bet types may not count toward wagering requirements, including certain game modes or bonuses, as specified by the promotion.

Withdrawing bonus-linked winnings

To withdraw bonus-related winnings, you must complete wagering and any other conditions stated in the offer. If you fail to meet requirements, promotional credits may be revoked and balances adjusted accordingly.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

Rustclash Casino is designed for fair play. You must not attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.

Prohibited activities

• Using multiple accounts, collusion, or identity masking to obtain unfair advantages.

• Employing bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with games.

• Cheating, exploiting game mechanics, or attempting to interfere with random outcomes.

• Any attempt to bypass limits, evade verification, or misrepresent information to gain access or benefits.

• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity.

Remedies

If we identify suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms of Use, we may void wagers, remove promotional winnings, reverse deposits or credits where permitted, and suspend or close your account. We may also request additional verification.

Responsible gambling

Gambling involves risk. You should gamble responsibly and only place bets you can afford to lose. Rustclash Casino may offer tools or guidance aimed at promoting responsible play, including deposit limits and account self-exclusion options where available.

We may restrict or suspend play if we believe it is necessary for responsible gambling or compliance reasons.

Account closure and suspension

You may request account closure by using the contact options on rustclash.casino. We may also suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms of Use, fail verification, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

After closure, we may retain certain records to meet legal obligations and to resolve disputes.
